Fatsa Kimya, the company of firsts in the fire extinguishing sector in Turkey, received a “Zero Waste Certificate” for its facilities as a result of its work within the scope of sustainability.
Fatsa Kimya, the pioneer and oldest company in the fire extinguishing chemicals production sector, has achieved a ‘Zero Waste Certificate’ for its production facilities. Zero Waste certificate issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization to companies that establish and operate a zero waste management system in their own facilities; It covers the processes of preventing waste, using resources more efficiently, preventing or minimizing waste generation by reviewing the causes of waste generation, and collecting and recycling waste separately at the source in case of occurrence. Fatsa Kimya, which attaches great importance to sustainability projects in line with its goal of being a ‘waste-free company’, adopts an environmentally friendly production approach at every stage of its activities.
